PREFAB SAUNA KIT SALES & ASSEMBLY AGREEMENT

By placing an order and checking the box during checkout, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the sale, delivery, and assembly of your prefab sauna kit. Please read carefully.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

We provide:

• Delivery of your sauna kit to the address you provide
• (Optional) assembly of the physical sauna structure using prefabricated components

We do not provide:

• Electrical or plumbing work
• Foundation or slab construction
• Anchoring or tie-down services
• Permit acquisition or code compliance work
• Site preparation (clearing, grading, leveling)

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that you are responsible for:

• Obtaining all required permits (if applicable)
• Complying with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
• Preparing a level, suitable surface (e.g., concrete pad) for placement
• Any electrical or utility connections, performed by a licensed professional
• Anchoring or securing the sauna structure, if required by local code or for safety
• Verifying that sauna placement complies with setback and property regulations

3. USE OF SAUNA STRUCTURE

• The sauna is intended for non-habitable, personal residential use only
• Do not use the sauna as a dwelling, short-term rental, or commercial structure

4. DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

• You must ensure the site is ready and accessible before delivery
• If the site is not accessible or suitable upon arrival, additional fees may apply for rescheduling
• Our responsibility ends after successful delivery and physical assembly of the sauna kit

5. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS

We are not liable for:

• Damage caused by improper site preparation, placement, or anchoring
• Delays or rework caused by missing permits or code violations
• Injury or damage due to unauthorized electrical or plumbing work
• Issues arising from wind, weather, or failure to anchor the sauna

You agree to hold us harmless for any fines, penalties, or damages arising from your failure to comply with your responsibilities as outlined above.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a restocking fee
• Orders canceled after shipment are non-refundable
• Assembly issues must be reported in writing within 7 days of completion

7. WARRANTY

• Manufacturer warranties apply to the sauna kit components
• We provide a 30-day limited warranty on assembly workmanship only

8. ACCEPTANCE

By checking the box labeled “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” at checkout, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept the scope and limitations of the service
• You accept responsibility for all permits, code compliance, and site-specific factors
• You authorize us to deliver and assemble the sauna kit on your property as described
