Frequently asked questions

Do you offer tinted glass for the doors and windows for added privacy?

Yes we do. Either contact us after purchasing a product for a separate quote for this add-on, or get a custom sauna quote from the beginning.

Can I lay down in the sauna?

Most people find they can lay down with their knees bent semi-comfortably in any of our saunas. To fully lay down, most people find that they can do so very comfortably in our 4 person saunas and above.

What types of saunas do you offer?

We build traditional (steam or dry), infrared, and combo saunas. Each can be customized to fit indoor or outdoor spaces, whether as a standalone unit or an integrated home feature.

Are your saunas prefab or custom built?

We offer both. You can choose from our ready-made-models which are available as fully assembled units (for local delivery) or panelized kits (for shipping). If you need something specific, we also provide fully custom-built saunas designed to your exact specifications.

What wood do you use?

We source locally milled, chemical-free Western Red Cedar and Bald Cypress. These woods are naturally resistant to moisture and decay, making them ideal for sauna construction.

How long does it take to build and deliver a sauna?

Turnaround time varies based on customization, material availability, and workload. Our Modern Minimalist series can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We're a small shop! Sometimes the whole team is out on a big project.

Do you offer installation?

Sometimes. It depends on the project scope and locaiton. Prefab models can be delivered fully assembled (locally) or shipped as a kit for self-assembly.

Do your saunas come with a warranty?

Yes, all our saunas are backed by a structural warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects.

What heating options are available?

We offer electric, wood-burning, and infrared heaters. Visit our Heater Options page for more details.

Can you convert an existing room into a sauna?

Absolutely! We specialize in sauna conversions for bathrooms, closets, basements, and other spaces.
